PRO Plumbing Services was established on January 1, 1991, as a local family business serving Castle Rock and Douglas County, Colorado, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. 

It has since evolved into providing full-service heating, cooling and water treatment services. 

Although we serve a larger area now, we have not forgotten about the “Family”. We still take pride in calling ourselves the “Local, Trusted Family Plumber” that thousands of families have come to trust.

An Arizona native, Patty moved to Colorado in 2004 to be close to her grandchildren. Shortly after, she took a position with the family plumbing company before purchasing it with her sons in 2005.

Patty married into a family of plumbers and has been knowledgeable of the ins and outs of what it takes to get the job done right for over forty years.

As the owner and main dispatcher of PRO, she's the one you will talk to when you call to schedule an appointment. You can count on her to do her best to accommodate your schedule. She will get a technician out to take care of your plumbing, heating and cooling needs without delay!

A strong member of the Castle Rock business community, Patty is a member of the Chamber of Commerce. Also, if you need a referral for home improvement work outside of our expertise, she knows just who to recommend!

Our Company Policy for Customer Satisfaction:

100% refund within 90 days of any paid service for repair or replacement of any material supplied and installed by PRO Plumbing Service.

100% refund within 90 days of any paid service if not satisfied with any water or air treatment systems supplied and installed by PRO Plumbing Service.

• We reserve the right to negotiate a satisfactory settlement with the customer or hire a mediator before a refund is made.
• We reserve the right to perform any warranty repairs on our work. Work that has been repaired or otherwise altered by another contractor cannot be warrantied.
• We reserve the right to remove any or all of the material supplied by PRO Plumbing Service when a refund is requested.
